ANDRE 3000 OF OUTKAST, 20x20x2, CUT PAPER ON WOOD PANEL

I present to you, André 3000 of Outkast! Look closely, this is made of 1000’s of tiny exacto blade cut pieces of paper. This was a tough one to do! Each day I could cut for only a few hours before my hands would cramp up. After cutting I would play around with the arrangements of the pieces until they created shapes and tones that aligned to make an image appear. Then glue, lots of glue everywhere. Let it dry over night, and repeat, for a week. Go ahead n marinate on that.
